HARD
FERRITE (CERAMIC)
Hard Ferrite (Ceramic)
magnet is manufactured from oxide
materials using powder metallurgical process. Hard ferrite
magnet is most widely used because of its low cost, high-energy,
good electric insulation and excellent resistance to demagnetization.
The most common type of hard ferrite magnet is anisotropic
strontium, anisotropic barium and isotropic barium magnet.
Hard Ferrite (Ceramic)
magnet has the following advantages:
high coercive force, high electric resistance, long-time
stability, and economical price.
DIMENSIONS:
-Standard
And Customized
APPLICATION:
Hard
Ferrite (Ceramic) magnet have a wide
application area. Their price-quality mix is excellent.
To a great extent this material can withstand corrosion.
If used correctly, the magnetic properties can be guaranteed
for life.
Due to their cost effectiveness, relatively
high coercive force, and excellent corrosion resistance,
hard ferrite (ceramic) magnets can be wildly used as below:
- Speakers, Microphones,
Telephones;
- Micro Motors;
- Measuring Instruments;
- Volt Amp, Speed-Meter, Watt-Hour meter;
- Flywheel Generators (Motor-Cycles,
Farming Machine);
- Alarm Devices, Toys, Etc. |
